Our die cast electronic enclosures are manufactured for electrical and electronic equipment requiring rigid housings with integrated structural and mounting features.
High pressure die casting allows thin walls, reinforcing ribs, bosses and complex internal cavities to be formed within one component. Compared with fabricating multiple metal parts separately, an integrated die cast enclosure can reduce assembly steps and improve structural consistency.
Critical mounting faces, bores, threads and sealing surfaces can be CNC machined after casting according to customer drawings.
