Detailed Description
Our Swiss turned brass connectors are manufactured for compact connection systems requiring precise threads, controlled bores and reliable sealing geometry.
The machinability of brass combined with Swiss CNC turning enables multiple features to be produced efficiently from bar stock. Internal and external threads can be combined with hexagonal wrenching surfaces, grooves, stepped passages and miniature holes.
Connector dimensions can be customized according to tube size, thread specification, sealing method and assembly requirements.
Available Surface Finishes
- Natural Brass: Maintains the original machined brass surface.
- Nickel Plating: Improves corrosion resistance and provides a uniform metallic appearance.
- Tin Plating: Available for selected electrical connector applications.
- Chrome Plating: Provides decorative and protective surface coverage.
