Detailed Description
Our custom die cast mechanical components are manufactured for projects where standard casting designs cannot meet the required geometry, assembly or functional requirements.
High pressure die casting supports complex one-piece structures containing ribs, bosses, thin walls, cavities and multiple mounting areas. Parts can be developed directly from customer 2D drawings or 3D CAD models.
After casting, CNC milling, drilling, tapping, reaming and other secondary processes can be applied to critical interfaces that require tighter dimensional control.
Available Surface Finishes
- Powder Coating: Durable corrosion-resistant finish available in customized colors.
- Painting: Suitable for visible or application-specific components.
- Shot Blasting: Removes surface irregularities and produces an even texture.
- Nickel or Chrome Plating: Available for suitable zinc alloy components.
Structural & Functional Breakdown
- Complex Integrated Casting Structure: Combines multiple mechanical features into one component.
- Reinforcement Rib Structure: Adds local stiffness while controlling material usage.
- Functional Boss & Pocket Structure: Supports component mounting and assembly.
- Multi-interface Structure: Allows different systems or components to connect through one casting.
Key Features
- Drawing-based Customization: Geometry is developed according to customer CAD data.
- Integrated Component Design: Can replace assemblies made from several fabricated parts.
- Secondary Precision Machining: Critical holes, bores and surfaces can be CNC finished.
- Scalable Production: Suitable for transition from tooling validation to mass production.
