Our precision CNC turned flanges are manufactured for mechanical connection, mounting, positioning and sealing applications. CNC turning is used to control the flange outer diameter, center bore, mounting face, shoulders and hub features, while drilling or milling creates bolt circles and other installation features.

Flat flanges, stepped flanges, hubbed flanges and custom mounting flanges can be manufactured according to customer drawings. Surface finish and face geometry can also be controlled where the flange interfaces with bearings, seals, housings or mating components
