Our precision 5-axis mold components are manufactured for tooling applications requiring complex three-dimensional geometry, controlled cavity surfaces and accurate relationships between multiple machining faces.
Compared with conventional 3-axis machining, simultaneous 5-axis CNC machining allows the cutting tool to approach mold surfaces from multiple directions. This reduces repeated repositioning while improving accessibility to deep cavities, inclined walls, radiused transitions and undercut areas.
Mold cavities, cores, inserts and tooling blocks can be produced according to customer 2D drawings, 3D CAD models and surface-quality requirements.
