Our die cast chassis and base plates are manufactured for equipment requiring a stable structural platform with multiple mounting and positioning features.
Large flat sections can be combined with reinforcing ribs, bosses, cable-routing areas, cavities and equipment mounting points within one casting. This integrated construction helps reduce the number of brackets, plates and fasteners required during assembly.
Selected mounting surfaces can be CNC machined where tighter flatness, hole position or fit requirements are needed.
