Our CNC turned bushings are manufactured for applications requiring controlled radial clearance, alignment, spacing and wear surfaces between mating components. CNC turning and precision boring allow the inner diameter, outer diameter and end faces to be machined according to assembly requirements.
Flanges, shoulders, lubrication grooves, oil holes and chamfers can be incorporated directly into the bushing design. Material selection can also be adjusted according to friction, load, corrosion resistance and service environment.
