Our vacuum cast transparent plastic parts are manufactured for projects requiring clear or translucent components in prototype and low-volume quantities.
A highly finished master model is used to create the silicone mold because the final surface clarity closely follows the quality of the master surface. Transparent polyurethane resin is then vacuum cast to reduce air bubbles and reproduce detailed geometry.
Depending on project requirements, parts can be polished, tinted or finished with clear coatings to improve appearance and transparency.
