Detailed Description

Our vacuum cast small-batch plastic components provide an alternative between single prototypes and production injection molding.

Once a master pattern has been approved, one or more silicone molds can be produced to manufacture repeated polyurethane parts. This approach is useful when dozens of components are needed but the project volume does not yet justify hard tooling.

Rigid, flexible and transparent materials can be selected according to the component's functional and appearance requirements. Secondary painting, machining, inserts and assembly can also be incorporated.

• As-cast Matte or Gloss: Replicates the finish of the master pattern.
• Painting: Supports customized colors and appearance.
• Polishing: Suitable for visible or transparent components.
• Printing: Logos, symbols and markings can be added after casting.
