Detailed Description

Our custom sheet metal stamping parts are designed for applications requiring repeatable high-volume production with complex holes, ribs, recesses, flanges and three-dimensional formed features. Components can be manufactured through blanking, punching, embossing, bending and progressive forming processes depending on part geometry and production quantity.

Stamped structures can integrate reinforcement ribs, mounting tabs, formed recesses, ventilation openings, locating features and functional flanges within a single sheet metal component. Secondary processes such as tapping, riveting, welding and surface finishing are also available, enabling complete customized stamped components from tooling development through batch production.

Available Surface Finishes

  • Zinc Plating: Common corrosion-resistant finish for carbon steel stamped components.
  • Powder Coating: Protective coating suitable for visible or externally exposed stamped parts.
  • Anodizing: Available for aluminum stamped components.
  • Nickel Plating: Provides improved corrosion resistance and metallic appearance for selected components.

Structural & Functional Breakdown

  • Embossed Reinforcement Structure: Formed ribs increase rigidity and reduce unwanted deformation of thin sheet metal.
  • Integrated Punching Structure: Multiple holes, slots and openings can be stamped simultaneously for efficient batch manufacturing.
  • Flanged Edge Structure: Formed edges improve stiffness and provide mounting or connection surfaces.
  • Three-dimensional Forming Structure: Recesses, raised features and local forming create functional geometry directly from flat sheet material.

Key Machining Highlights

  • High-repeatability Stamping Process: Tool-controlled manufacturing supports consistent geometry across medium- and high-volume production.
  • Complex Formed Features: Supports ribs, louvers, tabs, flanges, recesses and other integrated sheet metal structures.
  • Progressive Die Capability: Suitable for repeated punching and forming operations in higher-volume projects.
  • Secondary Process Integration: Stamping parts can be combined with bending, tapping, riveting, welding and finishing.
