Our custom sheet metal enclosures and chassis are precision-fabricated structural components designed for electronic equipment, industrial control systems, communication devices, power supplies and machinery assemblies. Each enclosure can integrate complex cutouts, ventilation holes, mounting points, cable openings, formed ribs, internal brackets and fastening structures according to customer drawings.

The manufacturing process combines laser cutting or CNC punching with precision press brake bending, riveting, welding and surface finishing. Multiple panels can also be assembled into complete chassis structures with controlled hole positioning and repeatable mounting geometry. Custom dimensions, sheet thicknesses, internal structures and surface finishes are available for both prototype verification and batch production.

  • Powder Coating: Typical 60–100 μm protective coating with customizable colors, suitable for industrial equipment housings.
  • Anodizing: Protective and decorative treatment commonly used for aluminum enclosures.
