Our 5-axis CNC complex housings are manufactured for equipment requiring multiple mounting interfaces, internal cavities and ports arranged in different directions.
Five-axis CNC machining allows many external faces, bores, pockets and angled connections to be produced while minimizing manual repositioning. This helps maintain the relationship between bearing bores, connection ports, sealing surfaces and mounting holes.
Secondary operations such as tapping, reaming, deburring and surface treatment can be integrated to supply ready-to-assemble housing components.
