CNC Machining is developed from CNC milling.The biggest difference between CNC milling and CNC Machining is that CNC Machining has the ability to exchange cutting tools automatically. By installing different kinds of cutting tools in the tool changer, the machining tools on the spindle can be changed through the automatic tool changing device in a single clamping process, thus realizing a variety of machining functions.
CNC Machining can realize the linkage control of three or more axes to ensure the machining of complex parts. In addition to linear interpolation and arc interpolation,CNC Machining also has a variety of other functions such as machining fixed cycle, tool radius automatic compensation, tool length automatic compensation, processing graphics display, man-machine dialogue, automatic fault diagnosis,off-line programming and so on.
Similar CNC Milling, CNC Machining is also composed of CNC system, servo system, mechanical body and hydraulic system. But CNC Machining is not the same as the CNC Milling. The biggest difference is that CNC Machining has the function of automatically exchanging cutters. By installing different kinds of cutters in the tool changer, the machining tools on the spindle can be changed through the automatic tool changing device in a single clamping process to realize drilling, boring, reaming, tapping, grooving and many other functions.
